Top 5 Books that changed my Life

 

 

“Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body”.

Alam natin na madaming benefits ang pagbabasa ng libro. Dati, I used to read books na pero not more than 10 books a year. Most ng binabasa ko ay about business, investment, financial, personal development at mga books na tlagang makakatulong mag improve sa sarili.

Not until one time na nakapanood ako ng video about key ingredients para maging successful financially at ibang aspect ng life. That was December of year 2015. And it said on that video that highly successful people read at least 50 books per year. Since it’s a few days coming of New Year of 2016, I took that challenge myself to set a goal to read 50 books that year. Sa simula, di ko mahit ung 4 books a month. But in due time, I made reading as my 2nd nature.

Now, ating alamin dito sa new video ko ang Top 5 books na nakapagchanged ng aking perspective sa buhay.

Paano makaipon kung mababa ang sweldo o kinikita?

 

 

Ito ang madalas nating katanungan sa ating mga sarili kung wala tyong naiipon sa ating sweldo o kinikita. Sa katotohanan, mahirap tlaga ang mag ipon at pagkasyahin ang ating maliit na sweldo, kahit ano pang klaseng positive thinking ang ating gawin.

Pero sa aking opinyon, hindi ba mas maganda na ang tamang katanungan ay Kung paano ka kikita ng mas malaki? para mas may potential kang makapag ipon at mag invest sa hinaharap.

Don’t be a Jack of All Trade, Master of None…

 

 

Napakaimportante ng focus sa ating journey sa success. Madalas, marami sa atin ang distracted at kalat kalat ang kanilang effort sa sales or business. Nung ako’y nagsisimula sa real estate bilang full time, almost 4 years ago, halos lhat ng property ay gusto kong ibenta, at sa first 5 months ako, wala akong naibenta ni isang property, as in zero. Napakafrustating ksi pag nasa sales ka especially real estate, purely commission based, meaning, no sales, no income. At kung nasanay ka ng 15-30 na sweldo, eh talagang nakakadisappoint. Alamin dito sa video na ito kung paano ako nakapagfocus at nakapagproduce ng more than 100million personal sales since then.
